The Long-Term Health and Growth of Companies…
…is Our Mission
We invest more than just financial capital.
We invest our time and energy into companies.
WestFront Holdings, based in Dallas, TX, invests equity capital in private middle market companies that are at an inflection point in their life cycle.
WestFront’s style and approach is different from “Wall Street style” private equity in a manner that we believe contributes to a company’s long-term health and growth. If you are a management team or company owner, we would welcome the opportunity to talk about your business and how WestFront might approach it.

Guiding Principles
High debt use and risk taking are the hallmarks of “Wall Street” style private equity. We have no desire to follow this pattern and we will seek to capitalize our portfolio companies to succeed throughout the business cycle.
Avoid Excessive Use of Debt
Entrepreneurship
We strongly believe that thinking like entrepreneurs and rolling up our sleeves to work alongside our partner management teams is central to creating value that accretes for all stakeholders (e.g. investors, employees, customers, etc.).
Long-Term Focused
We try to always focus on the long-term rather than the short-term when making business decisions, whether that be an investment decision or strategic decision for one of our businesses.
Team Based
We believe the best teams win, and not necessarily the best athletes. Great teams are the foundation of every healthy, high-performing organization. When people trust one another, engage in healthy conflict, and commit to shared goals, they achieve results no individual ever could alone. Teams aren’t a luxury—they’re a strategic necessity. You can expect WestFront to invest heavily in building great teams.
